Ingredients
- 2.2 lbbone-in chicken thighs, skin removed
- 4 tbsplemon juice
- 5 glemon zest
- 5 clovesgarlic cloves, minced
- 20 gfresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 5 gdried oregano
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 1 to tastesalt and black pepper
Instructions
- Combine lemon juice, zest, garlic, parsley, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Score chicken pieces and coat in marinade. Rest 10 min (or refrigerate overnight).
- Heat a griddle pan or grill over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken thighs 8–9 min per side until cooked through and charred grill marks appear.
