Ingredients

  • 14.1 ozemu fillet strips
  • 10.6 ozbok choy, halved
  • 20 gfresh ginger, julienned
  • 3 wholegarlic cloves, sliced
  • 2 tbspoyster sauce
  • 1 tbspsoy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 tspsesame oil
  • 1 tbsppeanut oil
  • 1 tspcornflour

Instructions

  1. Toss emu strips with cornflour, soy sauce, and sesame oil; marinate 10 min.
  2. Heat peanut oil in wok over high heat until smoking.
  3. Stir-fry ginger and garlic 30 seconds. Add emu; cook 2โ€“3 min until browned.
  4. Add bok choy and oyster sauce; toss 2 min until bok choy wilts.
  5. Serve immediately over steamed jasmine rice.
