- 3 gwattleseed powder
- 2 glemon myrtle powder
- 1 gmountain pepper
- 2 wholegarlic cloves
- 15 mlolive oil
- 2 gsea salt

- 3 g wattleseed powder
- 2 g lemon myrtle powder
- 1 g mountain pepper
- 2 whole garlic cloves
- 15 ml olive oil
- 2 g sea salt
Instructions
- Combine wattleseed, lemon myrtle, mountain pepper, and salt.
- Coat steak in olive oil then press herb crust onto both sides.
- Heat cast iron pan over high heat.
- Cook 2–3 min per side for medium-rare.
- Rest 5 min before slicing.
