Ingredients
- 14.1 ozfresh tuna steaks
- 2.8 ozbreadcrumbs
- 2 wholeeggs
- 1 tspgarlic powder
- 1 tspdried parsley
- 1 wholelemon
- 2 tbspsunflower oil for frying
- 1 to tastesalt and pepper
Instructions
- Slice tuna steaks to 1 cm thick. Season with salt and pepper.
- Beat eggs with garlic powder. Mix breadcrumbs with dried parsley.
- Dip tuna in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in pan over medium-high. Fry tuna 2–3 min per side until golden.
- Drain on paper towel. Serve with lemon wedges.
