- 1 wholeavocado
- 30 gmayonnaise
- 15 mllemon juice
- 10 gají amarillo paste
- 2 gsea salt
- 5 gparsley

- 300 g potatoes boiled mashed
- 180 g canned tuna in water
- 1 whole avocado
- 30 g mayonnaise
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 10 g ají amarillo paste
- 2 g sea salt
- 5 g parsley
Instructions
- Mix warm mashed potato with ají amarillo, lemon, and salt.
- Drain tuna; mix with mayo.
- Layer in ring mould: potato base, tuna, avocado, potato top.
- Remove mould; garnish with parsley.
- Refrigerate 30 min before serving.
