Ingredients

  • 14.1 ozfresh tuna steaks
  • 2.8 ozbreadcrumbs
  • 2 wholeeggs
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspdried parsley
  • 1 wholelemon
  • 2 tbspsunflower oil for frying
  • 1 to tastesalt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice tuna steaks to 1 cm thick. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Beat eggs with garlic powder. Mix breadcrumbs with dried parsley.
  3. Dip tuna in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in pan over medium-high. Fry tuna 2–3 min per side until golden.
  5. Drain on paper towel. Serve with lemon wedges.
