Grilled Lamb & Hummus Flatbread

Ingredients
- 600 glean lamb mince
- 3 clovesgarlic cloves, minced
- 5 gground cumin
- 5 gground coriander
- 3 gsmoked paprika
- 4 pieceswholegrain flatbreads
- 120 ghummus
- 100 glow-fat Greek yogurt
- 10 gfresh mint, chopped
- 100 gcucumber, sliced
- 100 gcherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 to tastesalt and black pepper
Instructions
- Combine lamb mince with garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Shape into 8 oval patties.
- Heat a griddle or grill pan over high heat. Cook patties 5โ6 min, turning once, until cooked through and charred.
- Mix Greek yogurt with chopped mint and a pinch of salt.
- Warm flatbreads on the griddle for 1 min each side.
- Spread each flatbread with hummus. Add 2 lamb patties, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and a drizzle of mint yogurt.
