- lamb mince
- cumin
- paprika
- ground coriander
- cinnamon
- fresh mint
- garlic
- Greek yoghurt
- cucumber
- dill
- lemon juice
- pittas
Ingredients
- 450 g lamb mince
- 1.5 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp fresh mint
- 2 cloves garlic
- 150 g Greek yoghurt
- 0.5 piece cucumber
- 1 tbsp dill
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 pieces pittas
Instructions
- Mix lamb with spices, mint and grated garlic. Shape into 8 kofta on skewers.
- Grill or griddle 4 minutes each side until cooked through.
- Grate cucumber, squeeze out moisture, mix with yoghurt, dill, lemon for tzatziki.
- Warm pittas.
- Serve kofta with tzatziki and pittas.
