Ingredients
- 480 gcanned tuna in water, drained
- 8 wholetostadas
- 2 wholeripe avocados
- 2 wholetomato, finely diced
- 0.5 wholewhite onion, finely diced
- 15 gfresh cilantro, chopped
- 30 gpickled jalapeño slices
- 30 mllime juice
- 10 mlhot sauce
- 1 to tastesalt
Instructions
- Mash avocados with half the lime juice and a pinch of salt.
- Mix diced tomato, onion, and cilantro with remaining lime juice to make pico de gallo. Season.
- Season tuna with hot sauce and salt; flake loosely.
- Spread avocado mash on each tostada. Top with tuna, pico de gallo, and jalapeño slices.
- Serve immediately before tostadas soften.
