Ingredients

  • 800 gfloury potatoes cooked mashed
  • 80 gpotato starch
  • 2 wholeegg yolks
  • 800 gchicken thighs bone-in
  • 300 mlchicken stock
  • 25 gbutter
  • 2 gnutmeg

Instructions

  1. Mix potato, starch, egg yolks, nutmeg, salt; form 8 large dumplings.
  2. Cook dumplings in simmering salted water 20 min.
  3. Meanwhile roast chicken thighs at 200°C 40 min; rest.
  4. Deglaze roasting pan with stock; reduce into gravy.
  5. Serve dumplings with chicken and gravy.
