Ingredients
- 800 gfloury potatoes cooked mashed
- 80 gpotato starch
- 2 wholeegg yolks
- 800 gchicken thighs bone-in
- 300 mlchicken stock
- 25 gbutter
- 2 gnutmeg
Instructions
- Mix potato, starch, egg yolks, nutmeg, salt; form 8 large dumplings.
- Cook dumplings in simmering salted water 20 min.
- Meanwhile roast chicken thighs at 200°C 40 min; rest.
- Deglaze roasting pan with stock; reduce into gravy.
- Serve dumplings with chicken and gravy.
