Ingredients
- 400 gemu fillet strips
- 300 gbok choy, halved
- 20 gfresh ginger, julienned
- 3 wholegarlic cloves, sliced
- 30 mloyster sauce
- 15 mlsoy sauce (low sodium)
- 5 mlsesame oil
- 15 mlpeanut oil
- 1 tspcornflour
Instructions
- Toss emu strips with cornflour, soy sauce, and sesame oil; marinate 10 min.
- Heat peanut oil in wok over high heat until smoking.
- Stir-fry ginger and garlic 30 seconds. Add emu; cook 2โ3 min until browned.
- Add bok choy and oyster sauce; toss 2 min until bok choy wilts.
- Serve immediately over steamed jasmine rice.
