Ingredients

  • 600 glean lamb mince
  • 3 clovesgarlic cloves, minced
  • 5 gground cumin
  • 5 gground coriander
  • 3 gsmoked paprika
  • 4 pieceswholegrain flatbreads
  • 120 ghummus
  • 100 glow-fat Greek yogurt
  • 10 gfresh mint, chopped
  • 100 gcucumber, sliced
  • 100 gcherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 to tastesalt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine lamb mince with garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper. Shape into 8 oval patties.
  2. Heat a griddle or grill pan over high heat. Cook patties 5โ€“6 min, turning once, until cooked through and charred.
  3. Mix Greek yogurt with chopped mint and a pinch of salt.
  4. Warm flatbreads on the griddle for 1 min each side.
  5. Spread each flatbread with hummus. Add 2 lamb patties, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and a drizzle of mint yogurt.
