Ingredients
- 500 gbeef chuck diced
- 300 gsweet potato diced
- 2 wholecorn on the cob sliced
- 200 gcanned peach halves
- 1 wholeonion chopped
- 2 wholetomato chopped
- 500 mlbeef stock
- 15 mlolive oil
Instructions
- Brown beef in olive oil in a heavy pot; set aside.
- Sautรฉ onion and tomato until soft.
- Return beef; pour in stock; simmer 30 min.
- Add sweet potato and corn; cook 15 min.
- Stir in peach halves; warm 5 min.
- Season and serve hot.
