- 400 gbeef shank
- 2 wholechicken drumsticks
- 2 wholepotatoes
- 1 wholesweet potato
- 1 wholecorn on cob halved
- 200 gchickpeas canned
- 1 wholewhite onion
- 4 wholegarlic cloves
- 2 wholebay leaves
- 3 gsea salt
Ingredients
- 400 g beef shank
- 2 whole chicken drumsticks
- 2 whole potatoes
- 1 whole sweet potato
- 1 whole corn on cob halved
- 200 g chickpeas canned
- 1 whole white onion
- 4 whole garlic cloves
- 2 whole bay leaves
- 3 g sea salt
Instructions
- Combine beef shank, chicken, onion, garlic, and bay leaves in large pot with cold water.
- Bring to boil; skim foam; reduce to simmer.
- Cook 60 min.
- Add potatoes, sweet potato, corn, and chickpeas.
- Simmer 30 min until everything is tender.
- Serve broth separately; arrange meats and vegetables on platter.
