- 600 g large shrimp, peeled
- 10 cloves garlic
- 4 units dried chile de arbol
- 60 g butter
- 30 ml olive oil
- 2 units lime
- 15 g parsley
- 60 ml white wine
- 5 g salt
Instructions
- Heat butter and oil in skillet over medium-high.
- Toast chile de arbol, add thinly sliced garlic and cook until golden.
- Add shrimp in single layer, cook 90 seconds per side.
- Deglaze with white wine, squeeze lime over shrimp.
- Toss with parsley and serve immediately with crusty bread.
