- 14⅛ ozlean beef mince
- 8.8 ozricotta
- 7⅛ ozmozzarella diced
- 2⅛ cuptomato passata
- 2⅛ ozgrated Parmesan
- 1 tbspolive oil
Instructions
- Cook pasta al dente; drain.
- Brown beef; add passata; simmer 20 min.
- Mix pasta with meat sauce; layer half in oiled baking dish.
- Dollop ricotta; add mozzarella; top with remaining pasta.
- Scatter Parmesan; bake 200°C 25 min until golden.
