- 40 g Sicilian almonds (whole)
- 25 g vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 sprig fresh rosemary
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 150 g Greek yogurt (for serving)
Instructions
- Mix oats, almonds, protein powder, and cinnamon. Stir in olive oil and honey.
- Scatter rosemary leaves over. Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes, stirring once, until golden.
- Cool completely. Serve over Greek yogurt.
