  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 120 g ricotta
  • 60 g sour cherry jam (low sugar)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Mix oat flour, protein powder, 1 egg, honey, and olive oil into dough. Press into tart tin.
  2. Blend ricotta with 1 egg, lemon zest, and 1 tsp honey. Spread over crust.
  3. Dot with cherry jam in lattice or random drops. Bake at 175°C for 25 minutes.
