  • cod fillets
  • crushed tomatoes
  • black olives
  • capers
  • garlic cloves
  • fresh parsley
  • olive oil
  • chili flakes
  • salt and pepper

Ingredients

  • 300 g cod fillets
  • 200 g crushed tomatoes
  • 30 g black olives
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 2 unit garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic and chili in oil. Add tomatoes, olives, and capers. Cook 8 minutes.
  2. Place cod in baking dish. Pour tomato sauce over.
  3. Bake at 190°C for 18 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
