  • 125 g burrata
  • 60 g prosciutto crudo
  • 200 g heirloom tomatoes
  • 10 leaves fresh basil
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic glaze
  • to taste sea salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Slice tomatoes. Arrange on a platter.
  2. Place burrata in centre. Drape prosciutto around it.
  3. Scatter basil, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, season with sea salt.
