  • sev (thin chickpea noodles)

  • 3 tbsp tamarind chutney
  • 2 tbsp green chutney
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt, whisked
  • 1.5 tsp chaat masala
  • 0.5 tsp red chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 0.25 cup sev (thin chickpea noodles)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro and lemon

Instructions

  1. Pan-fry boiled potato cubes in oil over high heat until crispy and golden; season with salt.
  2. Transfer to a serving plate; drizzle tamarind chutney and green chutney.
  3. Spoon yogurt over and sprinkle chaat masala, cumin powder, and red chili powder.
