Ingredients
- 7.1 ozchickpea flour (farine de pois chiche)
- 1.7 cupwater
- 2 tbspolive oil
- 7.1 ozsmoked salmon
- 5.3 ozlow-fat Greek yogurt
- 20 gcapers
- 10 gfresh dill, chopped
- 1 tbsplemon juice
- 1 to tastesalt and black pepper
- 3 gfresh rosemary (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk chickpea flour, water, half the olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary into a smooth batter. Rest 30 min.
- Preheat grill/broiler to high. Brush a cast-iron skillet with remaining oil; heat on hob until very hot.
- Pour batter into pan (about 1 cm thick). Grill under broiler 8–10 min until edges are set and top is lightly blistered. Slice.
- Mix Greek yogurt with lemon juice, dill, and salt for sauce.
- Top socca slices with smoked salmon, a spoonful of yogurt sauce, and capers.
