Ingredients
- 2.2 lbbone-in chicken thighs, skin removed
- 4 tbsplemon juice
- 5 clovesgarlic cloves, minced
- 20 gfresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 5 gdried oregano
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 1 to tastesalt and black pepper
Instructions
- Mix lemon juice, garlic, parsley, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Score chicken and coat in marinade. Rest 10 min.
- Heat a grill pan or BBQ over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken 8–9 min per side until cooked through and golden grill marks appear.
- Rest 5 min and serve with arroz branco, vinagrete salsa, or roasted farofa.
