Ingredients

  • 2.2 lbbone-in chicken thighs, skin removed
  • 4 tbsplemon juice
  • 5 clovesgarlic cloves, minced
  • 20 gfresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 5 gdried oregano
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • 1 to tastesalt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix lemon juice, garlic, parsley, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Score chicken and coat in marinade. Rest 10 min.
  2. Heat a grill pan or BBQ over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook chicken 8–9 min per side until cooked through and golden grill marks appear.
  4. Rest 5 min and serve with arroz branco, vinagrete salsa, or roasted farofa.
