Ingredients
- 14.1 ozwhite asparagus spears, peeled
- 5.3 ozWestphalian ham slices
- 15 gDijon mustard
- 2 tspolive oil
- 1 tsplemon zest
- 5 gchives, snipped
- 1 to tastesalt and pepper
Instructions
- Boil asparagus in salted water 5โ6 min until tender-crisp; drain and pat dry.
- Spread mustard lightly on ham slices; wrap 3โ4 asparagus spears per slice.
- Brush rolls with olive oil; grill or griddle 3โ4 min turning once until ham crisps.
