  • 3 wholeripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 scoopvanilla whey protein powder
  • 1.5 cupoat flour
  • 2 wholeeggs
  • 0.5 cupGreek yogurt (plain)
  • 2 tbsphoney
  • 1.5 tspbaking powder
  • 0.5 tspcinnamon
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 0.3 cupdark chocolate chips (optional)

  • 3 whole ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1.5 cup oat flour
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.25 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. Mash bananas in a large bowl. Add eggs, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk protein powder, oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  4. Fold dry into wet until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Divide batter evenly among 12 muffin cups.
  6. Bake 20–22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before removing.
