  • 1⅔ cuptomato passata
  • 1 wholeonion chopped
  • 3 wholegarlic cloves
  • 1⅜ ozparmesan grated
  • 20 gbutter
  • 4.2 cupwater

Instructions

  1. Braise chicken with onion, garlic, passata 25 min until tender; shred.
  2. Bring salted water to boil; whisk in cornmeal; stir 20 min until thick.
  3. Stir butter and parmesan into polenta.
