Ingredients

  • 1.1 lblean ground beef
  • 14.1 ozcanned black beans, drained
  • 3 wholetomatoes, diced
  • 1 wholeonion, diced
  • 3 wholegarlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tspolive oil
  • 1 to tastesalt, pepper, cumin
  • 10 gfresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil; sauté onion and garlic until golden.
  2. Add ground beef; cook breaking up lumps until browned.
  3. Add tomatoes; season with salt, pepper, cumin. Cook 10 min.
  4. Stir in black beans; simmer 5 min to combine.
  5. Finish with parsley. Serve over white rice.
