  • 80 g frozen banana
  • 80 ml coconut water
  • 80 g mango (fresh)
  • 80 g pineapple (fresh)
  • 30 g passion fruit pulp
  • 40 g granola
  • 10 ml honey
  • 15 g coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Blend açaí, frozen banana, and coconut water until thick and smooth. Do not over-blend.
  2. Pour into a chilled bowl.
  3. Arrange mango, pineapple, and passion fruit artfully on top.
  4. Sprinkle with granola and coconut flakes.
  5. Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
