Ingredients
👥1
- 5⅓ ozfrozen mixed berries
- 4.2 ozGreek yogurt
- 1⅛ ozwhey protein powder vanilla
- 0.8 cupalmond milk unsweetened
- 2.8 ozbanana
- 10 gchia seeds
- 2 tsphoney
Instructions
- Add the almond milk to your blender first to help the blades spin freely.
- Add the frozen mixed berries, banana (broken into chunks), Greek yogurt and whey protein powder.
- Sprinkle in the chia seeds and drizzle in the honey.
- Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and thick. If too thick, add a splash more almond milk; if too thin, add a few more frozen berries.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with extra honey if desired.
- Pour into a tall glass and optionally top with a few fresh berries, a pinch of chia seeds and a sprig of mint.
- Drink immediately for the best flavour and texture, or store chilled for up to 4 hours (stir or reshake before drinking).
