  • โ… cupmilk
  • 14โ…› ozcanned chickpeas drained
  • 1โ…œ oztahini
  • 7โ…› ozzucchini sliced
  • 5โ…“ ozcapsicum sliced
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1 tbsplemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 200ยฐC. Mix flour and milk into dough; shape into round; bake 35 min.
  2. Toss veg in oil and salt; roast alongside damper 25 min.
  3. Blend chickpeas, tahini, lemon, salt, 60ml water until smooth.
  4. Serve damper slices with hummus and roasted veg.
