Ingredients
- 200 g prawns peeled cooked
- 80 g rice vermicelli
- 10 g fresh mint
- 10 g coriander
- 60 g carrot shredded
- 15 ml fish sauce
- 20 ml lime juice
- 5 g caster sugar
- 20 g crushed peanuts
- 1 whole chilli sliced
Instructions
- Soak vermicelli in hot water 5 min; drain.
- Mix fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar for dressing.
- Combine noodles, carrot, mint, and coriander.
- Add prawns; drizzle dressing; toss.
- Top with crushed peanuts and chilli.
