- 10 g chia seeds
- 100 g Greek yoghurt
- 150 ml almond milk
- 100 g mixed berries
- 2 ml vanilla extract
- 10 ml maple syrup
Instructions
- Combine oats, chia seeds, yoghurt, almond milk, vanilla, and maple syrup.
- Stir well; cover and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, stir and add splash more milk if too thick.
- Top with mixed berries.
