- 150 g tri-colour quinoa cooked
- 120 g kangaroo mince cooked
- 100 g beetroot roasted
- 20 g sunflower seeds
- 40 g baby spinach
- 30 ml lemon myrtle dressing
- 2 g wattleseed powder
Instructions
- Season and cook kangaroo mince with wattleseed in a hot pan 5 min.
- Roast beetroot cubes at 200°C for 20 min.
- Build bowl: quinoa base, spinach, kangaroo mince, beetroot.
- Scatter sunflower seeds on top.
- Drizzle with lemon myrtle dressing.
