Ingredients
- 250 g beef tenderloin medallions
- 120 g button mushrooms
- 80 ml white wine
- 60 ml cream
- 2 whole garlic cloves
- 20 g butter
- 10 ml olive oil
- 2 g sea salt
- 5 g parsley
Instructions
- Sear medallions in oil 2 min per side; rest.
- Sauté garlic and mushrooms in butter 5 min.
- Add wine; reduce by half.
- Add cream; simmer 3 min until slightly thickened.
- Return medallions; coat in sauce.
- Garnish with parsley.
