- 30 g vanilla protein powder
- 2 whole eggs
- 100 g Greek yoghurt
- 3 g baking powder
- 40 g dulce de leche
- 1 whole banana
- 10 g butter
Instructions
- Mix oat flour, protein powder, and baking powder.
- Blend in eggs and yoghurt until smooth.
- Cook ladlefuls on greased pan over medium heat, 2 min per side.
- Stack 3–4 pancakes.
- Top with warmed dulce de leche and sliced banana.
