  • potatoes boiled mashed
  • canned tuna in water
  • avocado
  • mayonnaise
  • lemon juice
  • ají amarillo paste
  • sea salt
  • parsley

Ingredients

  • 300 g potatoes boiled mashed
  • 180 g canned tuna in water
  • 1 whole avocado
  • 30 g mayonnaise
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 10 g ají amarillo paste
  • 2 g sea salt
  • 5 g parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix warm mashed potato with ají amarillo, lemon, and salt.
  2. Drain tuna; mix with mayo.
  3. Layer in ring mould: potato base, tuna, avocado, potato top.
  4. Remove mould; garnish with parsley.
  5. Refrigerate 30 min before serving.
