Ingredients
- 2 lbschicken thighs, boneless skinless
- 0.3 cuppineapple juice
- 0.3 cuplow-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbspbrown sugar
- 3 wholegarlic cloves, minced
- 1 tspfresh ginger, grated
- 1 tspsesame oil
- 1 tspcornstarch
- 3 cupscooked steamed rice
- 2 tbspsesame seeds and spring onion to serve
Instructions
- Mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Marinate chicken at least 30 min.
- Pan-fry chicken 6โ7 min per side until cooked through; remove.
- Pour marinade into pan; add cornstarch slurry. Simmer to glaze consistency.
- Slice chicken; serve over rice with sauce, sesame seeds, and spring onion.
