  • 14.1 ozpotatoes peeled diced
  • 5.3 ozquark or Greek yoghurt
  • 4.2 cupvegetable stock
  • 1 wholeonion diced
  • 20 gbutter
  • 10 gfresh chives

Instructions

  1. Sweat leeks and onion in butter 8 min.
