- 1.5 lbpotatoes peeled diced
- 2 wholeonions sliced
- 1.7 cupchicken stock
- 25 gbutter
- 2 tspWorcestershire sauce
- 5 gsalt and black pepper
Instructions
- Brown chicken in butter; remove.
- Sweat onions until soft; layer potatoes over onions.
- Place chicken on top; pour in stock and Worcestershire.
- Cover; cook on low heat 40 min until potatoes are tender.
- Stir gently to break down some potato; season.
