- beef shank
- corn cobs
- zucchini
- chayote
- carrots

Ingredients
- 800 g beef marrow bones
- 600 g beef shank
- 2 units corn cobs
- 2 units zucchini
- 1 unit chayote
- 2 units carrots
- 200 g cabbage
- 150 g onion
- 5 cloves garlic
- 20 g cilantro
- 5 g mint
Instructions
- Blanch bones and shank in boiling water 5 min, drain and rinse.
- Cover bones and shank with fresh water, add onion and garlic, boil 2 hours, skimming.
- Add corn, carrots and chayote, cook 20 min.
- Add zucchini and cabbage, cook another 10 min.
- Season with salt, add cilantro and mint.
- Serve with lime, serrano and warm tortillas.
