Ingredients
- 1.8 lbwhite fish fillets (tilápia, corvina or similar)
- 0.5 cuppassion fruit pulp (fresh or frozen)
- 3 clovesgarlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsplime juice
- 1 tbsphoney or agave
- 15 gfresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tbspolive oil
- 1 to tastesalt and black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking dish with parchment.
- Whisk together passion fruit pulp, garlic, lime juice, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place fish fillets in the dish; pour passion fruit glaze over.
- Bake 15–18 min until fish flakes easily.
- Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve with white rice and steamed broccoli.
