  • tomatoes
  • garlic

  • serrano chile
  • Mexican cream
  • fresh cheese
  • vegetable oil
  • cilantro

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 12 units corn tortillas
  • 500 g tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 150 g onion
  • 2 units serrano chile
  • 100 ml Mexican cream
  • 80 g fresh cheese
  • 40 ml vegetable oil
  • 15 g cilantro

Instructions

  1. Boil and shred chicken.
  2. Blend tomatoes, garlic, serrano and half the onion.
  3. Fry tomato sauce in oil until thickened.
  4. Pass tortillas through sauce, fill with chicken and fold.
  5. Plate, spoon extra sauce over, top with cream, cheese and sliced raw onion.
  6. Garnish with cilantro.
