  • 1 tspDijon mustard
  • 1 clovegarlic, minced

  • 4 whole bacon strips, cooked
  • 1 whole avocado, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.25 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 4 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Make dressing: whisk olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. Arrange romaine in two large bowls.
  3. Row the toppings in neat lines over the lettuce: chicken, eggs, bacon, avocado, tomato, blue cheese.
