  • 0.3 cupalmond milk, unsweetened
  • 0.3 cupgranola (low-sugar)
  • 0.3 cupfresh blueberries
  • 0.3 wholebanana, sliced
  • 1 tbsphemp seeds
  • 1 tspalmond butter

Instructions

  1. Blend frozen blueberries, Greek yogurt, protein powder, and almond milk until very thick.
  2. Add just enough almond milk to get the blender moving — keep it thick.
  3. Pour into a bowl.
  4. Top with granola, fresh blueberries, banana slices, hemp seeds, and a swirl of almond butter.
