  • 14⅛ ozrigatoni or penne
  • 14⅛ ozlean beef mince
  • 8.8 ozricotta
  • 7⅛ ozmozzarella diced
  • 2⅛ cuptomato passata
  • 2⅛ ozgrated Parmesan
  • 1 tbspolive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta al dente; drain.
  2. Brown beef; add passata; simmer 20 min.
  3. Mix pasta with meat sauce; layer half in oiled baking dish.
  4. Dollop ricotta; add mozzarella; top with remaining pasta.
  5. Scatter Parmesan; bake 200°C 25 min until golden.
