  • 10⅝ ozpork mince
  • 10⅝ ozbeef mince
  • 2.8 ozstale bread soaked in milk
  • 1.8 ozgrated Pecorino
  • 2 wholeeggs
  • 3 cuptomato passata
  • 10 gbasil leaves
  • 2 tbspolive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix meats, bread, Pecorino, eggs, salt; form 20 meatballs.
  2. Brown in oil in batches; remove.
  3. Simmer passata with basil 10 min; add meatballs.
  4. Cook covered on low 50 min.
  5. Serve over pasta or with crusty bread.
