- 60 g prosciutto crudo
- 200 g heirloom tomatoes
- 10 leaves fresh basil
- 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions
- Slice tomatoes. Arrange on a platter.
- Place burrata in centre. Drape prosciutto around it.
