Ingredients
- 14.1 ozsprouted mung beans
- 1 wholecucumber, finely diced
- 2 wholetomatoes, finely diced
- 1 wholered onion, finely diced
- 1 wholegreen chilli, finely chopped
- 20 gfresh coriander, chopped
- 2 tbsplemon juice
- 8 gchaat masala
- 3 groasted cumin powder
- 1 to tastesalt
Instructions
- Combine sprouted mung beans, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and green chilli in a large bowl.
- Add lemon juice, chaat masala, and roasted cumin powder. Toss well.
- Season with salt. Garnish with fresh coriander.
- Serve immediately as a light meal or side dish.
