Ingredients

  • 14.1 ozsprouted mung beans
  • 1 wholecucumber, finely diced
  • 2 wholetomatoes, finely diced
  • 1 wholered onion, finely diced
  • 1 wholegreen chilli, finely chopped
  • 20 gfresh coriander, chopped
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • 8 gchaat masala
  • 3 groasted cumin powder
  • 1 to tastesalt

Instructions

  1. Combine sprouted mung beans, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, and green chilli in a large bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice, chaat masala, and roasted cumin powder. Toss well.
  3. Season with salt. Garnish with fresh coriander.
  4. Serve immediately as a light meal or side dish.
