Ingredients

  • 1.3 lblarge prawns, cleaned and deveined
  • 2 wholeonion, finely diced
  • 2 wholetomato, diced
  • 20 ggarlic and ginger paste
  • 1.5 tspred chilli powder
  • 0.5 tspturmeric
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 0.5 tspgaram masala
  • 5 tbspcoconut milk (light)
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 10 gfresh coriander
  • 1 to tastesalt

Instructions

  1. Heat oil; sautรฉ onion until golden. Add garlic-ginger paste; cook 2 min.
  2. Add tomato, chilli, turmeric, coriander powder; cook until oil separates.
  3. Add prawns; toss to coat. Cook 3โ€“4 min until pink.
  4. Pour in coconut milk; simmer 3 min. Add garam masala.
  5. Garnish with coriander. Serve with rice or chapati.
