  • tikka masala spice blend
  • onion, blended
  • tomato puree
  • cream
  • garlic-ginger paste
  • butter
  • oil
  • kasuri methi (dried fenugreek)
  • salt

Ingredients

  • 400 g paneer, cubed
  • 0.5 cup yogurt
  • 3 tbsp tikka masala spice blend
  • 2 medium onion, blended
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 4 tbsp cream
  • 2 tbsp garlic-ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek)
  • 1.5 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Marinate paneer in yogurt, 1 tbsp tikka masala, and salt for 15 minutes.
  2. Grill or pan-fry marinated paneer until lightly charred on both sides; set aside.
  3. Heat butter and oil; sauté blended onion until golden, about 10 minutes.
  4. Add garlic-ginger paste and remaining spices; cook 2 minutes.
  5. Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates, 8 minutes.
  6. Stir in cream and grilled paneer; simmer 5 minutes.
  7. Crush kasuri methi between palms and stir in; serve with naan.
